At 2 µm, Diamond lays down the thinnest layer of any AESUB aerosol. For rings, necklaces, dental prosthetics, and small precision parts where coating thickness affects scan accuracy, Diamond gives the most dimensionally faithful results.
Sublimates in approximately 10 minutes. For high-throughput jewellery scanning, the near-instant vanish means you scan, move on, and the previous piece is already clean.
Completely pigment-free. Apply it directly on gold, platinum, diamonds, and gemstones with no risk of contamination on the part, the scanner, or the surrounding environment.
Hold the can 15–20 cm from the surface. Apply an even coat with smooth back-and-forth strokes. One pass is sufficient — avoid wagging the can.
Begin scanning once the coating is stable and dry to the touch. Reference targets adhere cleanly to the coated surface. Re-spray areas as needed.
The coating sublimates completely — no cleaning required. Parts are reusable with zero residue. Higher temperatures accelerate sublimation.

Scanning jewellery with conventional spray means risking residue in stone settings, contaminating polished surfaces, and waiting for cleanup between pieces. AESUB Diamond eliminates every one of these problems. The 2 µm coating captures fine detail in filigree and engraving. The 10-minute vanish keeps production moving. The pigment-free, TiO2-free formula means you can apply it directly in the jewellery studio.

AESUB Diamond is formulated for small, precision parts — primarily jewellery and dental. A 200ml can is the appropriate size as users are scanning small individual pieces, not large surfaces.
Yes. Pigment-free and TiO2-free with no contamination risk to gold, platinum, silver, gemstones, or any jewellery materials. The 10-minute sublimation means the piece is clean before it leaves the scanning station.
Diamond is the right choice when speed and minimal coating thickness are both priorities. If you need more scan time on small parts, AESUB Violet (4–8 µm, 2–6 hour window) is a better fit.
