Three Steps to
Perfect Scan Conditions

Spray

Hold the can 15–20 cm from the surface. Apply an even coat with smooth back-and-forth strokes. One pass is sufficient — avoid wagging the can.

Scan

Begin scanning once the coating is stable and dry to the touch. Reference targets adhere cleanly to the coated surface. Re-spray areas as needed.

03

Done

The coating sublimates completely — no cleaning required. Parts are reusable with zero residue. Higher temperatures accelerate sublimation.

What is the difference between AESUB Blue and Orange?+

Blue gives ~1–2 hours scan time with 8–15 µm layer. Orange gives 4–8 hours with a thinner 2–6 µm layer. Both vanish completely — Blue in ~4 hours, Orange in ~24 hours.

Does Orange still vanish on its own?+

Yes. Sublimates completely within ~24 hours at room temperature. No cleaning required.
